Where is the clubcard voucher code

In my case I can log in on the PC, but not on my android phone as the app does not recognise my password, whereas the website does. Even on the PC there is an issue with my password as although I can log in on the PC, I can not change my password on the PC which I should be able to do as the system claims I have used the wrong password for changing my password yet it accepted it for my PC login minuted before.

They definitely have a big bug, yet when I gave this helpful detail to the Customer service person he did not seem to understand the significance of it as they are not there to understand technical details just to tell people when the shop is open and other moronic details.

I despaired as I was not getting anywhere. Why do they not provide a working contact for their developer team as they are supposed to on the android store? Why do they not monitor the feedback?
